Do you have an oily skin type? Oily skin (especially on your face) is a direct result of increased sebum production. This sebum accumulates around your nose (resulting in an oily nose), forehead, chin and cheeks. This is also called your t-zone. Oily skin is not a problem in itself, but it can be annoying when it manifests itself in pimples, blackheads or other impurities. Properly cleaning oily skin is important, with products that don't contain any bullshit ingredients that will only make your oily skin worse. The Plant Apothecary and Merme Berlin masks are full of essential oils, which not only help to remove bacteria from your face, but also help to soften the skin. We haven't yet found a natural day cream especially for oily skin, but you can also use a toner instead of a cream: like Soapwalla. It refreshes the skin and gives it a radiant glow; an absolute must to rebalance your oily skin. Some extra tips for oily skin: keep your fingers away from pimples as much as possible and use products with talc to reduce the oily layer.
